Fluid Applied Roofing

CeramaFlex® is a fluid applied elastomeric application, for flat or low pitch roofs such as BUR, concrete, EPDM, PVC, TPO, cap sheet, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, metal and SPF. CeramaFlex® is a cool roof coating system that reflects the sun’s energy away from the roof surface, reducing temperatures by 50-100 degrees. By reducing the heat transfer in the building, CeramaFlex® helps lower energy costs by keeping attics and ducts cooler, thus improving occupant comfort. Cool roof coatings such as CeramaFlex® are typically white in color; however, many pastel tones can qualify under Title 24.

Cerama-Flex has a high emissivity of more than 90%, this helps the coating emit infrared energy away from the substrate. Bare metals and metallic coatings tend to have low emissivity values and are therefore not considered cool roof materials.
