• Install light weight EPS to raise low spots
• Install 2” of Poly ISO, bring roofing system from a R7 to a R15
• Overlay the Poly ISO with Carlisle 60mil TPO Spectro membrane
• Replaced existing HVAC units with new high efficiency units (went from SEER 7 to 15.9)
• Seal and coat roof top ductwork with CeramaFlex to eliminate water intrusion and reduce HVAC load in the summer months.
• Install 160 new SunOptic Prismatic skylights with curbs and safety screens
• Install all new prefabricated drains
