• Existing built up roof with aluminum coating had exceeded its life expectancy
• Building height and wind speeds

• Loading material on and off the roof

• Mechanically fasten one layer of 1/2” fiberboard to existing roof
• Install a 45-mil Hypalon white thermoplastic membrane over field of roof
• Install Vac-Q-Vents – specially adapted turbine assemblies
• Install posts and steel cable safety line along center of roof
• Replace exterior gutters with new
• Replace existing skylights with new SunOptic Prismatic
