• Abandoned heavy equipment on roof top
• Create a roof system with warranty to meet wind uplift criteria
• Getting material on the roof and waste off the roof
• Limited ground staging

Dinyari Solutions

• Removal of existing Tar & Gravel roof down to concrete deck
• Overlay concrete deck with one layer of 6-mil thick vapor barrier
• Overlay the vapor barrier with one layer of 3/8” thick EPS
• Fully adhere 72-mil TPO white thermoplastic membrane over the field
• Remove water tanks and cut back waterlines
• Remove water tank concrete platforms and other misc equipment on roof

Successes

• Removal of over X tons of material off roof
• Coordination with crane and debris removal companies
• Installation of new Carlisle 72-mil TPO membrane with 20-Year NDL Labor and Material Warranty
