As owner of Dinyari Inc., I work hard to take our customer service to new heights. To achieve this, I stay in regular contact with my customers, foremen, territory managers and the roofing industry itself, — whether that means running conferences from my San Jose office, or keeping up to date on the latest roofing news and technologies by attending conventions and other industry events.

I hold myself and my employees to the highest standards of quality, professionalism and ethical conduct. My passion is delivering the best products, service and advice to our clientele through strategic planning, motivation, sales and “green” business practices.

I am on a first-name basis with many of my customers, and I care deeply about my employees. This laser focus on quality has helped me build Dinyari Inc. into a thriving company staffed by some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.

I joined Dinyari in 2003 after extensive experience as project manager for New York City high-rise and commercial construction. I’m responsible for everything that occurs after the sale — I make sure that projects are properly staffed, workers are thoroughly trained and understand the scope of the job, and company assets are scheduled and tracked accurately. As a a guiding force in the implementation of “green” business practices, I have introduced the use of corn-based and soy-based organic lubricants for machinery, and I’m also steering the conversion of the company’s fleet of more than 40 vehicles to biodiesel. Above all, I’m constantly seeking ways to improve the safety and performance of our field crews and to make the installation process worry free to the customer.

Without a doubt, the most satisfying part of my 26 years in the roofing industry has been my 7 years with Dinyari Inc. As senior estimator and sales representative for our strategic accounts, I’ve become a vital part of the company’s San Jose team. My combination of extensive roofing experience and strong customer service skills have contributed substantially to the company’s growth, stability and sterling reputation in the industry. When I’m not working hard to build great roofs and great relationships, I love to volunteer in my community — and you’ll also find me always fishing for the “big one” that’s just one more cast away!

I’m delighted to join Dinyari Inc. as the company’s metal building construction foreman. Before coming to Dinyari i owned my own metal construction company for many years. I know that my wealth of metal building and roofing experience will prove invaluable to Dinyari as the company continues to focus on metal-related building applications. My roofing background and expertise also allows me to serve as advisor to Dinyari’s customers on the many different roofing applications we offer, such as single-ply membrane systems. When I’m not in the office helping clients and co-workers, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children; I also love sports such as basketball and fishing.

I’m excited to bring my skills to Dinyari’s Southern California team as Territory Manager. My twin brother, four sisters and I were born and raised in the Central San Joaquin Valley, and my family grew even larger with my recent marriage. I received my Bachelors Degree in business Administration fro Fresno Pacific University, and before joining Dinyari I worked in sales and in the non-profit sector as a program developer, grant writer and marketing strategist. I love the “customers first” philosophy established here at Dinyari, and my ability to build strong customer relationships and meet challenges head-on fits right in with that philosophy.

I’m one of Dinyari’s newest field surveyors, having been with the company for three years, but I’m an old hand at getting the job done and making customers happy. I combine my previous experience in both customer service and facilities maintenance with the extensive field training I received here at Dinyari to serve our clientele as a top-class rooftop estimator. My primary area of coverage includes the South and East Bay regions of the San Francisco area, and eastward to include the Sacramento and Stockton areas. I’m an accomplished musician and continue to enjoy music and spending time with my family and friends.

Lisa Hicks joined Dinyari as to become part of the So Cal Territory Manager Team and for sales & marketing. Lisa comes from Community Portfolio Management and has a background in residential mortgage as well. She is a designated CMCA with a wealth of knowledge in condo associations, planned unit developments, along with great facilities maintenance experience that will be invaluable as we continues to grow in the Community Association Industry. Lisa has an Associates Degree from San Diego Community College, has been married for 20 years and has three beautiful kids ages 21, 14, and 13. Her hobbies are making and collecting miniatures, hosting bible study, and volunteering with her children’s track and football leagues.
